Flare ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Flare mobile application ("App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Flare is designed to operate entirely on your device using Apple's Shortcuts app and built-in features. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from your device to our servers or any third parties. All data processed by the App, such as contacts, locations, or custom recordings, remains local to your iPhone and is managed solely by Apple's systems (e.g., Shortcuts automations).

• No Personal Data Collection: The App does not access or collect identifiers like device ID, advertising ID, or user accounts.
• User-Generated Content: Features like custom voice recordings or scripts are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
• Permissions: The App may request permissions for microphone (for voice features), notifications, or location (via Shortcuts), but these are used only for the App's functionality and not collected by us.

Since we do not collect any information, there is no usage of personal data by Flare. All features run on-device:

• Fake calls and automations use local processing.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising data is gathered.

We do not disclose any information because we do not collect any. Your data never leaves your device.

Your information is secured by Apple's device-level protections. We recommend keeping your iOS updated for the latest security features. Flare does not store sensitive data beyond what's necessary for local functionality (e.g., custom recordings are saved in the App's sandbox).

Flare is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App inappropriately, please contact us at hi@tryflareapp.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Flare offers optional in-app purchases ("Flare+"). Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information.

This App complies with Apple's App Store Guidelines and does not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
